As per the CBDT Notification dated 19/2/2013 that the amended Form 16 format and published the New Format of Form 16. Also it is notifies that that Form 16 have in Two Parts One Part A which must be download from the TRACES Portal ( www.tdscpc.gov.in) and another one Part B of Fom 16 Must be prepared by the Employer for all Concerned. In this regard some of the concerned have already know about this new Notification and they can download the Form 16 Part A from the TRACES Portal, but who have not known about this new notification they can face a problem about this Form 16 Part A and they can not prepare the Form 16 part A.
